This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Your Future Campus services, including online education through ilmulQuran.com and YFCampus.com, and technology projects through YFCSolution.com.

Overview

Your Future Campus aims to provide fair, transparent billing across all of its brands. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled. Specific terms may also be included in the agreement, invoice or enrolment confirmation for your particular service.

Education services (ilmulQuran.com & YFCampus.com)

  • Free trial: Where offered, a free trial lets you evaluate teaching quality before any payment is taken.
  • Monthly fees: Tuition is typically billed per month or per agreed package. Fees are payable in advance of the teaching period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel ongoing classes by notifying us before your next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current period.
  • Refund eligibility: If classes you have paid for are not delivered due to a fault on our side, you are entitled to a refund or rescheduling for the affected sessions.
  • Missed classes: Sessions missed without reasonable notice from the student may not be refundable, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible.

Technology & project services (YFCSolution.com)

  • Quotations & deposits: Software, ERP and digital projects are scoped in a proposal. A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Milestone payments: Larger projects are billed against agreed milestones or deliverables.
  • Custom work: Once development or design work has started, completed work and time already invested are generally non-refundable. Unstarted milestones may be cancelled by agreement.
  • Subscriptions & retainers: Recurring services can be cancelled before the next billing cycle to stop future charges.

How to request a refund or cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@yourfuturecampus.com with your name, the service or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional details to verify the request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times can vary by payment provider and banking network. We will keep you informed of the status of an approved refund.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Working with us directly is usually faster than a formal dispute.
